the new official FitForever blog

Alright friends and family, we've got a blog. Stay tuned for upcoming posts on tips for dieting, muscle building and weight loss. We'll be posting new records and special achievements in and out of the gym here as well.


As a side note we've got our upcoming weight-loss competition coming up on Feb 20th. 4 weeks long and will include a special diet. Remember, dieting and weight-loss should never be about starvation. We never want to compromise future health for short-term satisfaction. 


Keep up the high energy and don't forget to start posting your times and watts generated on the new white boards around the gym!
