Alright everyone, here is week 2 of our nutrition plan. This week should be a relief from week 1. This week we are focusing on a lifestyle diet. This means that the meals we eat this week are the type of meals that we can and should be eating on a regular basis outside of the weightloss challenge. For those of you who have already completed week 1, congratulations and enjoy week 2! Remember if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to comment, or ask your personal trainer.
